What precautions will be taken for COVID-19

Answer

- 8 or less seats per table. - Tables will be placed 6' apart. - Our dance floor is large, 21’ X 21’. However, we cannot regulate how many people are on the dance floor and how close they are dancing. Dance at your own risk. - Have 3 hand sanitizer stations 1 in foyer, 1 in ballroom, and 1 outside of restroom area - Sanitizer spray and paper towels will be on bathroom counters. - FORUM Staff will wipe down touch points of doors and bathroom counters every hour. - Caterer will provide cafeteria style serving. - All Catering Staff are required to wear masks while handling any food/drinks.

Do I need to bring/wear a mask?

Answer

The City of Fishers will have a mask mandate in effect at the time of our wedding. You will be required to wear a mask during the ceremony and reception (unless you cannot wear one for medical reasons). However, you will not need to be wearing a mask if you are eating or drinking. Please bring your own mask!

With venue capacity, we are not able to give everyone a plus one. We will make sure it's clear on your invitation if we are able to host your date!
