What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please aim to arrive at 4:30 pm to give yourself enough time to park, sign the guest book, and find a seat! The ceremony will start at 5 pm.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the venue?

Answer

No, there is not any formal transportation arranged. Please plan on using your car! Note that Park Winters is in a remote location, so there are not any Ubers/Lyfts that service the area.

Yes! There's plenty of parking at the venue.

Semi-Formal, meaning suits and cocktail dresses.

Will the ceremony and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony will be held outside on the lawn and the reception will take place both inside and outside.

Yes! Please take the floral centerpiece from your table, including the white vase, home with you. We would hate to see them go to waste!
