The Newport Harbor Hotel and Marina

Our room block is at the Newport Harbor Hotel. Guests can book either on the website linked below (click the “View” button) or by calling the number listed. The Group Code is YMWRB171. Guests must book by April 13, 2025 if they would like to book within the room block. The room block spans Thursday, June 12th - Saturday, June 14th. There is a two night minimum. We suggest viewing our Events page on our website if you would like to plan your reservation around our scheduled events. If guests would prefer to arrive the night before the wedding, they are welcome to do so. Guests are welcome to book reservations at any of the other hotels in the area or outside of our room block at the Newport Harbor Hotel.

Additional Accommodations

The venue is a 15-25 minute drive from downtown Newport, depending on traffic. Guests are welcome to stay at any of the hotels or airbnbs in the area if desired. All other wedding events will be around the downtown area if helpful to know when booking your stay. Guests who opt to stay at another location are more than welcome to make their way to the Newport Harbor Hotel for the buses to the venue. There is also plenty of room on the buses back to the Newport Harbor Hotel for guests interested in attending the after party.

There will be 3 buses that will pick up guests at the Newport Harbor Hotel at 4:15pm. There is only one pick up time!

There will be multiple buses picking guests up at Glen Manor House when the wedding concludes at 10:30pm. The buses will take all guests back to the Newport Harbor Hotel. We will be making our way to the after party location from there.
