Shuttle Pick Up

There will be three buses picking up guests at the Newport Harbor Hotel at 4:15pm. There is ONLY ONE shuttle pick up time! Don’t listen to any rumors about a second shuttle time! (we’re still sorry for missing cocktail hour!)
Ceremony

Black-tie optional. The color Red is reserved for the Bride & Groom.
It is customary in Chinese weddings for the Bride and Groom to wear Red. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors in a grassy area, weather permitting. Save your stilettos, girl. Cocktail Hour & Reception

The cocktail hour will immediately follow the ceremony on the patio by the garden. Reception to follow inside.

There will be multiple buses picking guests up at the end of the reception at the venue and will take everyone back to the Newport Harbor Hotel.
After Party

We’re continuing the festivities in downtown Newport! Buses will drop guests off at the Newport Harbor Hotel. Gas Lamp is right across the street. Guests can change into comfier clothes or head right over to the bar!

Weddings go by so quickly with limited time to spend with each guest. We would love some extra time to socialize and show our appreciation for taking the time to celebrate with us. If you are able to spend the weekend in Newport, we hope you’ll join us for a Day After party! Food and drinks on us :)
