"Organic farm, store and restaurant. Come and enjoy the 'from farm to table' experience. We grow what you eat, you can walk through the farm and see how everything is grown and hang out with our farm animals. We offer tours, we have a butterfly sanctuary, a kids playground, yoga and other activities.. "
Probably one of the most popular restaurants in Antigua and for good reason. Its grounds are gorgeous and the food here is INCREDIBLE. We had one of our best meals here. Book a table ahead of time if you can! Panza Verde is also an art gallery, zen garden, and hotel.
"International kitchen, experimental cocktail bar, an entertainment space inside Adra hostel". Their breakfast menu ranges from smoothies to overnight oats and traditional Guatemalan eggs, plantains, and black beans. Their dinner menu also varies! Their restaurant is colorful, full of plants, and also offers a terrace.
Most likely where you'll find the bride and groom when they aren't doing bride and groom stuff! This quickly became our favorite place to hang in the evenings. They call themselves the most artistic bar in Antigua! All of their walls are painted by national artists and they have live music every Friday. Say hi to our friend Pedro if he's working the bar!
A wonderful breakfast spot with delicious crepes and breakfast juices. Cafe, Cafe also has a terrific atmosphere and sweet staff. They pride themselves on their coffee! "We are Guatemalan entrepreneurs helping Guatemalan coffee farmers to distribute the best artisan coffee and the best freshness."
They say they have the best finger foods and cocktails in Antigua and we agree! Charleston was a strong contender for our after-party but was just too cozy of a place to fit everyone. But we highly recommend you go! The bar has a roaring 20s vibe and often really good live performers.
La Casa del Ron is a classy rum bar where you can try the best rums from Guatemala and around the world. Depending on what drink you order, you'll either get a piece of delicious chocolate along with it or the experience of having an individual barrel of rum smoke-infused by the staff. Super fun and classy!
