Unfortunately we were unable to secure a room block. However, they provided a code that would give guests up to a 20% discount on their best available rates. That code is W14. Follow these instructions to receive the discount when it is available: Go to Marriott.com Enter in Charlottesville, VA and the desired dates Under the city and date, there is a dropdown to select rate Go to the bottom where it says Corp/Group and enter in W14 If a discount is available on that date, the discounted rate will pop up When you look at the rate page, at the top, on the left, it will say special rate, standard rate, etc. Note from hotel: Rates fluctuate and will only go up as the hotel fills up. Also, once the hotel gets to a certain occupancy level, discounts will no longer be available. Charlottesville fills up extremely quickly and in busy months ( April, June, September, October, November) weekends sell out far in advance of when someone may think to make a reservation.
