Suggestions on what to do to make the most out of your time in Buena Vista, and Colorado

The closer, and more low-key of the two hot springs in the area (and our favorite). These are developed hot springs, $24 for a day pass. They also offer massages.

Cottonwood Hot Springs

Hiking trails with great views of Buena Vista, the Collegiate Peaks, and the Arkansas River. Starts right from the river in town in Buena Vista

The Midland Hiking Trails

Great place for viewing the Aspen trees change, on the route between Denver and Buena Vista. Our wedding weekend will be a little early to see the full fall color of the Aspens, but there may be some pops of color!

Kenosha Pass

One of our favorite restaurants in Denver (we had one of our first real dates here!), also a great area for brewery hopping
