Have there been any changes to the wedding plans due to COVID and delta variant?

Answer

We will still be going forward with our event as planned. Fortunately, the vast majority of our guests are vaccinated, and anyone who is not vaccinated will be required to get a negative COVID test prior to the event and mask up. The wedding is all outdoors, with plenty of space for guests to distance themselves or take whatever precautions will make them feel most comfortable. We will be taking all the precautions we can to keep things clean and safe. Please reach out with any additional questions!

What will the weather be like?

Answer

The weather in September is Buena Vista is wonderful - in the 70s during the day at 40s at night. Usually not too much rain, but storms are always possible. Bring plenty of layers as the weather can change quickly and it will get chilly at night!

What should I wear?

Answer

Semi-formal attire. The ceremony and reception will be held in a grassy backyard, so we recommend leaving the stilettos at home. Bring a warm jacket for once the sun goes down!

What is the timeline for the day?

Answer

3:45pm-4:00pm: arrive at venue 4:00pm-4:30pm: ceremony 4:30pm-6:00pm: cocktail hour 6:00pm-10:00pm: dinner, speeches, and dancing!

As much as we love your little ones, we are planning our wedding as an adults-only event.
