On a summer night, back home from school, this señorita decided to go out on the town. Thinking that the bartender was a bit of a babe, the young grasshopper introduced herself and noticed that he was wearing a Wofford football shirt. She thought of the perfect conversation starter, "I went to Wofford!" The exclamation was shot down by a simple "I didn't". So in the awkward moment that followed, the studly bartender bought her a drink. Such chivalry. Upon arriving at the location of their first date, the bartender realized that the restaurant was not open on Mondays... Womp, womp, womp. There was a quick reset to club ninis and all was well. Several dates and romantic floral gestures later, there was an awkward hug/kiss hybrid that left the relationship stagnant for several months. Fall semester came and went and Christmas break arrived... finally. Clemson was playing Ohio State and what better way to watch football than at a bar with friends? Low and behold, she ended up at the same bar the studly bartender worked at. Bum bum bummm Playful banter arose and sparks began to fly. The awkward hug/kiss was forgotten (but still brought up in conversations today) and everyone lived happily ever after.
