SFO Airport

We recommend flying into San Francisco International Airport (SFO) for the best pricing. From there, the venue is roughly a 1hr 30min drive. Alternatively, a closer airport (but slightly pricier) would be San Jose Mineta International Airport (SJC), which is roughly a 55min drive.

Waterfall Lodge and Retreat

Cabins located in the venue are $295 + 12 % tax per night and range from housing 2 - 4 guests each. We have the venue for both Wed & Thurs night. If you would like to stay overnight (please do, it's going to be adorable), fill out your RSVP accordingly and we will send you a custom link. Your custom link for booking will be sent 4 months prior to the wedding. There is parking provided for guests staying overnight (1 per cabin). Wednesday night stays: Check-in time 3:00 PM PT Thursday night stays: Check-in time 1:00 PM PT Friday morning checkout: 10 AM PT There are other hotels located outside of the venue you're more than welcome to stay at! Some seem to be more affordable - just let us know if you decide to stay offsite so we account for you for parking

Guests not staying overnight at Waterfall Lodge

Guests not staying in the cabins should aim to arrive at Waterfall Lodge Retreat before 3:00 PM. The ceremony starts at 3:30 PM but it will take a bit of time to navigate around the venue, park, and potentially ride the shuttle to the ceremony site. Guests will check in at the Guest Hub (first building by the venue entrance) and be directed to their parking spot.
