We recommend arriving 15 minutes before the ceremony time to ensure you're seated and ready for the festivities! Note: Old San Juan is full of charm (and 500 years of history!), but that also means its narrow cobblestone streets can make getting around a little tricky. If you’re arriving by car or Uber, please allow extra travel time so you don’t feel rushed getting to any of the wedding festivities.
Nope! Puerto Rico is a U.S. territory, so no passport is required for U.S. citizens. (But I hope you already knew that LOL)
We've reserved a room block at Hotel El Convento in Old San Juan. However, there are numerous other hotels and Airbnb options in various price ranges nearby. Please visit our Travel page for more details and booking information.
In March, San Juan typically experiences warm temperatures. Average highs are around 85°F, and lows are about 72°F. Humidity levels are moderate, and rainfall is relatively low during this month. We recommend dressing in light, breathable fabrics to stay comfortable.
Our wedding dress code is formal, and we'd love for our guests to embrace the vibrant spirit of Puerto Rico by incorporating fun tropical hues into their attire. Ladies, consider elegant gowns in bright colors or floral patterns; gentlemen, traditional tuxedos or dark suits with colorful ties or pocket squares are perfect. While we adore your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We hope you enjoy this opportunity for a night out!
Your invitation will specify if a plus-one is included. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to us directly.
For events outside of Old San Juan, such as the welcome party, we'll provide shuttles to ensure convenient transportation for our guests. Shuttle details can be found in the Schedule tab!
Our ceremony will be held outdoors, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful Puerto Rican scenery, followed by an indoor reception to celebrate the night away in comfort.
Please RSVP by December 15, 2026, to help us finalize our arrangements.
In addition to the Ceremony and Reception, we’re excited to host a Welcome Party to kick off the celebrations — check the Schedule tab for details! Beyond the wedding events, be sure to explore our Old San Juan page and soak up everything the island has to offer.
