When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by March 21st.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We ask that only kids that are included in the bridal party come to the ceremony and reception.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We ask that guests adhere to cocktail attire.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We are having a buffet dinner and there will be options for everyone!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is parking available at both the ceremony and reception. Handicap parking is also available.

Question

Will the cocktail hour/reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The cocktail hour will take place on the patio right outside the barn. The reception will take place inside the barn. Please note that there is no AC inside the barn.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We will be providing transportation to and from The Hancock House Hotel.

How is the cell phone reception?

Answer

Cell service is very iffy around the area. You should preload maps/directions if possible. There is wifi available at Handsome Hollow.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

If you're still in the area the day after the wedding (Sunday, June 22nd) and would like to continue the party with us, we will be hanging out at Gardiner Brewing Company from 3-7pm! 699 NY-208, Gardiner, NY 12525
