Cocktail Hour/Reception

5:30 pm - 10:30 pm

There will be a brief break between the ceremony and the cocktail hour to allow the bride and groom to take photos. We will see you at the cocktail hour at 5:30! TRANSPORTATION SCHEDULE There will be a shuttle making loops from The Hancock House Hotel to Handsome Hollow, both before the cocktail hour/reception and after the reception. The shuttle seats 34 people at a time. 4:50pm - Shuttle arrives at The Hancock House. 5pm - Shuttle departs from The Hancock House. 5:30pm - Shuttle arrives at Handsome Hollow for the cocktail hour. 5:50pm - Shuttle arrives at The Hancock House to pick up second round of guests. 6pm - Shuttle departs from The Hancock House. 6:30pm - Shuttle arrives at Handsome Hollow. *PLEASE NOTE the second shuttle loop will arrive AFTER the cocktail hour.* 10pm - Shuttle brings first round of guests back to The Hancock House. 11pm - Shuttle brings second round of guests back to The Hancock House. 12am - Last shuttle of the night back to The Hancock House.
