Katie and Erin have been best friends since high school! She attended the University of Cincinnati, while Erin went to USC. They have had to be long distance friends, but they try to visit each other whenever they can! Erin has always appreciated her friendship with Katie because no matter how long they go without seeing each other it always feels like no time has passed. They both show up for each other in the big moments. Most recently, Erin went to Ohio for Katie's graduation from PA school! When she is not working, Katie is an avid Nickelback fan and loves to spend time with her cat, Houdini.
Carson Wiley
Best Man
Carson and Kyle are childhood friends from Richmond! They grew up playing sports together and went to the same middle and high school. They have been best friends ever since! In college, Carson went to USC, where he became friends with one of Erin's future bridesmaids, Caroline Mosley. This connection is how Erin and Kyle ended up meeting each other! Kyle and Carson were roommates for 4 years before Kyle and Erin moved in together. During that time: Carson met his future wife (Hannah), bought a home, got a dog (Lucky), and proposed to Hannah. They have truly seen each other through every season of life. Kyle will serve as his co-best man in September.
Caroline Mosley

Caroline and Erin met at the University of South Carolina. They were both in Kappa Kappa Gamma and ended up being sorority "twins" (they shared the same big). While them becoming friends was literally randomly assigned, the friendship stuck and they have been grateful for it ever since. Especially since it was Caroline who introduced Erin and Kyle. After a series of visits, Kyle eventually asked Caroline for Erin's number. And the rest is history! Caroline graduated from the University of Louisville School of Law in 2024 and is a practicing attorney in Chicago. She is always Erin's first call whenever anything happens, big or small, good or bad.
Andrew Kennedy

Andrew is another childhood friend of Kyle! They played baseball together when they were young, stayed friends through school and went to Radford University together, where they were roommates. Andrew was among the first of Kyle’s friends that Erin met. Andrew and his then girlfriend, Lauren, came to Charlotte for a football game and Kyle had Erin come over to meet them. Andrew and Lauren had been living in Florida while Lauren was in PA school. In April of 2025, Kyle travelled to Fort Lauderdale for their engagement. Andrew and Lauren now live in Charlotte with their two dogs, Bogey and Stitch. Erin and Kyle are so excited to have them so close by!
Kaitlin Parille

Kaitlin and Erin were also in KKG together! Kaitlin was actually almost Erin's big! That didn't stop them from still being friends though. After she graduated, Kaitlin moved to Charlotte with another one of their friends, Marisa. Erin visited them multiple times her senior year and realized how great Charlotte was and decided to start looking for jobs in the area for after graduation. Previously, she had been planning on moving to Charleston. Erin, Kaitlin and Marisa ended up moving into a townhouse together. It was their home for 3 very fun years. During that time Kaitlin would hang out with Kyle and Erin whenever Kyle came over. She even crashed a few dates! But they were always happy to have her because she's so much fun to be around. Kaitlin has always been such a supportive friend to Erin and her relationship with Kyle so they couldn't imagine getting married without her by their side. Kaitlin now lives in NYC!
Tommy Hongcharti

Tommy and Kyle met through little league football and middle school. However, Tommy and Kyle didn't really know each other until an 8th grade trip to the Grand Canyon. Carson had recently broken his wrist so he was unable to go. So, Tommy became Kyle's roommate instead! Tommy has always been the group organizer and there is no where he isn't willing to travel to see his friends. When life gets busy, Tommy always finds a way to get everyone together and we have been grateful for the many trips he has planned for us over the years. That is why we are honored to have Tommy stand with us at the alter. Recently, Tommy took on a new role in his company and has moved to Manhattan!
Jennifer Short

Jen is Erin's sorority little! Erin really owes a lot to KKG! Erin met Jen on bid day. It was tradition that the members of the previous year's pledge class take girls from the newest PC and to be their buddy for their first few days in the sorority. Erin didn't know any of the girls in the newest pledge class, so she just picked up a random name tag. It is one of the best decisions she ever made! Jen is one of the sweetest people you will ever meet. Jen is from Long Island and after graduation moved to NYC where she has been ever since. In the spring of 2025, Erin and Jen's little, Haley, took a trip to visit her in the city and it was the best trip!
Ian Anderson

Ian is Kyle's brother-in-law! Ian and Anna were high school sweethearts, so Ian has been in Kyle's life since he was in middle school. Erin and Ian have had fun taking competitions far too seriously. Ian is currently trying to beat Erin's marathon time. When he is not marathon training, Ian is a vet in Richmond and a wonderful husband and father.
Anna Anderson

Kyle's sister Anna will also be at the alter with them! Anna is 3 years older than Kyle and loves her little brother. Some of their favorite memories are when Kyle would visit her at Virginia Tech. Erin first met Anna on the their annual family trip to Hilton Head Island. It was pretty clear they'd make good sister-in-laws. Anna is always the event coordinator and life of the party all at the same time. She lives in Richmond with her husband Ian, their son James, and their dog Tucker.

And the true star of the show: James Gardner Anderson! Kyle became an uncle in January of 2025 and Erin is so excited to take on the role of aunt. James is training hard for his ring bearer role and we know he will do a great job!
