Kyle proposed in a garden near our home. We love getting to walk by a place so special to us all the time!

This is the garden where we got engaged!

Our friends and family threw us a beautiful engagement party! It was so nice getting to celebrate our engagement and it made us excited for our wedding!

We met through our best friends! Carson (best man) and his fiancé, Hannah, hosted the party at their home. So grateful for friends like them!

We were excited to take on the roles of aunt and uncle in January 25! Our nephew James came just in time to be our ring bearer!

We live in the Plaza Midwood area of Charlotte! Its a great area with unique restaurants, bars and shops. We love going on walks and trying new spots!

Kyle first met Erin's parents when she was running a triathlon. He spent two and a half hours cheering her on and talking to her parents, whom he had just met that morning. She knew he was a keeper!

And he cheered her on at her half marathon...

... and was her biggest supporter at her marathon. Kyle and his dad drove all over Richmond with her supplies.

Erin's best friend Caroline is who first introduced them when she was visiting Erin in Charlotte.

We got to go to the Kentucky Derby together thanks to Caroline and some how snuck into VIP for this picture!

Our first solo trip together was to Dallas before driving out to Longview for Kyle to meet my grandparents. We got to see Kyle's favorite baseball team, the Nationals, play!
