We're tying the knot!

Alex and I first met junior year at the University of Scranton. He was dating somebody at the time, but I had a little crush on him. I swear it was subtle, but Alex swears he knew the whole time. We hadn't spoke since graduation in 2016 until I was at a Jonas Brothers concert with my cousin about five years later. I got a Snapchat message from someone that night- it was Alex asking me if I was at the Jonas Brothers concert. My first thought was wondering how this dude knew who the Jonas Brothers was. My second thought was wondering why this random dude I went to college with was sliding into my DMs about a boy band. A couple weeks later, we had our first date at a local brewery- he has been my favorite drinking buddy ever since.

Back in college there was a mutual friend’s house we called “The Black Hole”. You went, and you didn't leave until the party was over. It was there that I met KFlan, as I knew her first. At that time I would have never thought this crazy girl dancing in the middle of the room would be the one I’m marrying, but fate had different ideas. Fast forward about 5 years and by some stroke of luck I decided to reach out (Jonas Brothers or something like that). Too chicken to ask her out, in typical Katherine fashion, she asked me out on our first date and well…the rest is history.
