Question

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

Please RSVP by December 1, 2025 Your RSVP will need to be completed on this Website. Late RSVPs will not be included in the guest count.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. The Wedding Party will be in floor-length dresses and suits.

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

This will be an Outside Spring Wedding in Texas, weather is not always predictable. We will check the weather beforehand but be prepared to walk in the rain to get to the reception area if needed. We do have a covered reception area if weather is an issue, but light jackets might be needed, even with the supplied heaters.

Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

Answer

The Ceremony and Reception will be at Arrowwood in Palmer TX.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be taking place outdoors by a pond; we recommend flat-soled shoes or wedges to avoid sinking into the grass. The reception will be held in a covered area with concrete floors for dancing.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the wedding party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can walk over to the reception area, where we will be serving finger foods and beverages during a cocktail hour.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Unless you are part of the wedding party, we recommend that you arrive 30 to 45 mins before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is seated on time.

Can I bring a plus one? Are kids welcome?

Answer

Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation. If a plus 1 should have been included on your invite and they were not, please reach out to the Bride and Groom immediately after receiving the invitation and we can advise.
