How are we handling the COVID-19 situation?

Answer

We want all of our guests to feel safe and comfortable! With the venue being mostly outdoors, we are following CDC guidelines and masks are not required if you are fully vaccinated. If you have not yet received your vaccination, we kindly request that you get tested within 5 days of the ceremony. If positive, please respect the safety of others and sit this one out! And of course, if you have any concerns or questions, feel free to reach out to us ☺️ we will also keep a close eye on current Covid-19 protocols and update this section as necessary.

Are kids allowed?

While we LOVE your little ones, we kindly request an adults only reception.

Question

What time can I check into my hotel? And will there be a shuttle service?

Answer

The three hotels we’ve recommended have told us that the rooms MAY be ready between 1-2pm for check-in, but they cannot guarantee this. If you would like to check in early, they recommend calling for availability. They confirmed that if your room is not available, they will gladly hold your bags up front. There will be an itinerary at each hotel front desk with shuttle times if you would like to take advantage of that, as well! There is plenty of parking at the venue, this is mostly for safety and convenience at the end of the night 😊
