Getting There The easiest airport to fly into is Adolfo Suárez Madrid–Barajas Airport (MAD). It’s super convenient—only about 20–30 minutes from the city center and close to the venue. Whether you’re flying from the U.S., Europe, or somewhere else, MAD is your best bet!
Hotel
To book a room within our wedding hotel block, guests should email “reception.lafinca@achmhotels.com” and mention that you are attending Oscar and Amanda’s wedding on July 17, 2026. Please include the reference name “Boda Oscar y Amanda” in your email. Rooms are reserved in our wedding block from Thursday, July 16 to Sunday, July 19, 2026. Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM. We have a limited number of rooms reserved and will stay in close contact with the hotel should additional rooms be needed. The available room options include a double room with two twin beds or a single room with a king-size bed. There is also the option to add an extra bed for €40, subject to availability. There is a max occupancy of 3 people IF you ask for the extra bed. If not, there is only 2 people allowed. Breakfast is included in the pricing.

Shuttle

Departure to Venue: The buses will depart from the hotel promptly at 7:30 PM. (We recommend arriving in the lobby 10–15 minutes early to allow time for boarding.) Return to Hotel (Early Option): A shuttle will depart the venue at 12:00 AM for guests who would like to head back earlier. Final Return: The final shuttle will depart at 4:00 AM when the celebration concludes. Guests are, of course, welcome to drive themselves (if renting a car) or take an Uber at any time. However, we highly encourage using the shuttle so everyone can relax and fully enjoy the evening.

For added convenience, we will also be providing **two buses** transporting guests to and from the hotel and the wedding venue.
