Cocktail Since the celebration begins at 8 PM, we’re encouraging guests to dress up — but with room for personality, color, and warm-weather comfort. Bright, bold colors like pinks, oranges, and purples are welcome and encouraged, but if you prefer something more neutral or softer, that’s completely fine too! Dresses can be midi, maxi, or even a chic mini, as long as they feel polished. Suits in lighter fabrics or softer tones, like linen or light blue, are a great option — though a classic dark blue or black suit is great too. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors. The ceremony will take place beneath two large, shaded trees, while the cocktail hour will offer additional shade from umbrellas and surrounding greenery—weather permitting. The reception will be held indoors, and the party will move back outside if the weather allows. Please note: some areas of the property include grass, cobblestones, and paved walkways. We recommend wearing comfortable, stable footwear—especially for the outdoor portions of the celebration. La ceremonia tendrá lugar bajo dos grandes árboles con sombra, mientras que el cóctel contará con sombra adicional proporcionada por sombrillas y vegetación — siempre que el clima lo permita. La recepción será en interiores, y la fiesta se trasladará nuevamente al exterior si el tiempo lo permite. Importante: algunas áreas del lugar tienen césped, adoquines y caminos pavimentados. Recomendamos usar calzado cómodo y estable — especialmente para las partes al aire libre de la celebración.
In Madrid, evening temperatures in the summer can still typically range from 85–95°F. As the sun goes down, it will start to cool off. Yes — we know it’ll be warm, and we truly appreciate you braving the heat with us! We hope you’ll stay cool, stay hydrated, and most of all, enjoy every moment of this special time together.

To help make things smooth and stress-free, we’ll be organizing buses to shuttle guests between the hotel and the venue on the wedding day. We'll share exact pick-up times and locations closer to the date. That said, Ubers are widely available and very common in Madrid, so you’re also welcome to arrange your own transportation if that’s easier for you. If you decide to drive, valet parking will be available on-site. We just kindly ask that you please be mindful of driving home if you plan to indulge in a few celebratory drinks — your safety means the world to us! Para que todo sea más sencillo y sin estrés, organizaremos autobuses para el traslado de los invitados entre el hotel y el lugar de celebración el día de la boda. Les informaremos de los horarios y lugares de recogida exactos cuando se acerque la fecha. Dicho esto, los servicios de Uber son muy comunes en Madrid, así que también pueden organizar su propio transporte si les resulta más cómodo. Si deciden conducir, dispondrán de servicio de aparcacoches en el lugar. We recommend flying into Madrid-Barajas Airport (MAD), which is the main international airport and closest to the wedding events. We recommend booking flights and accommodations as soon as possible, as prices will increase closer to the date.

Spain uses the euro (€). Credit cards are widely accepted, but it’s helpful to have a small amount of cash for taxis or local shops.
