When should I RSVP by?

Answer

May 15th, 2025 Please RSVP as soon as you can! We want to make sure we have as much time as possible to ensure you're comfortable during your time with us!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a hotel block reserved at the Golden Evergreen Comfort Suites. Just tell them you're with the Fitch Royston Wedding!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We have arranged a shuttle to take guests from the hotel in Evergreen to our venue. There will be two shuttles at the beginning and 3+ in the evening as needed to help our guests!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

No. We love all of you and your loved ones, if we have included a plus one for you we'd love them to come, but unfortunately we need to limit some numbers. If you would like to include someone please reach out to us!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! (Unless you want a day away, then feel free to make me the bad guy). We'd love to have your children along, please let us know when you RSVP so we can have something special for them!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We are asking everyone to pick something dressy! We're imaging a nice dress, dressy tops, and nice slacks! No tie required! If it helps we're looking at something like cocktail attire!

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

We are inviting everyone to join us in a Farewell Lunch on Saturday at the Beau Jos in Idaho Springs. This a true Colorado staple that we don't want anyone to miss! Please RSVP if interested! We also are encouraging people to join us White Water Rafting in Idaho Springs and to head up for some more adult fun in Black Hawk on Saturday night. We want all of our guests to experience the many wonder of our beautiful state. Please check out the Schedule for more information!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! We can't promise that our vendors can accommodate your requests but we will do our best to make sure there is something for you to enjoy while you're with us! (We will have vegetarian options!)

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, but we will be providing a shuttle as well because it is easy to miss the turn for our venue. That being said there will be signs to help you on your way!
