Sure she's older and shorter than the bride, with brown hair - but they might as well be the same person, just with very different vibes some might say... Sisters, best-friends, partners in crime, death do they part, lightning can't stop them, and neither can David Guetta (CANT MAKE IT BY WITHOUT YOUUUU) Shelby and Audrey Downs - AKA "The Downs Sisters" or "The Girls" are the best things that ever happened to each other and Shelby couldn't be happier that Audrey found such an amazing man to love her precious Audrey as much as she does! <3

Shannon Sapourn

Fun Fact: Shannon and Audrey first met at an Easter Egg Hunt at the Lansing Island Club house when they were 8-years-old and bonded over how lame it was...and then rode off in Audrey's Gator-colored golf cart. When Kit met Audrey, he knew she was weird but he didn't fully realize just HOW weird she was until he met Shannon. Even living in different cities for the last 6 years, they continue to remain inseparable, which has been “so nice”. Though not blood related, Shannon might as well be her actual sister at this point.

Patrick Nickerson

Best Man

“Patrick is the brother I never wanted 😜hah.” These two are best buds, no doubt. Pat and Kit met in a first aid elective at Winter Springs High during freshman year. “The hours spent in a truck traveling to surf spots with Patrick defy the rules of time.” They supported each other through junior college and lived out their dream of moving to the beach, helping each other out along the way. They have had some rad adventures and faced some life's challenges together. “My loyal brother.”

Kaitlyn Davis

Kaitlyn and Audrey became best friends in a simpler time. A time when going to Roxy Nightclub in Orlando seemed like a good idea. A time when Rolo Mcflurries were readily available at all McDonald’s locations. A time when barely anyone knew of Childish Gambino, and Audrey and Kaitlyn could look really cool together rapping his lyrics to all their friends, who literally did not care. They still bond over music festivals, stupid jokes, pretending that they’re going to have “just two margs and not go out,” and they will remain best friends far into the future. Kaitlyn knows that Kit is probably the one person in the world as fun as Audrey, and Kaitlyn can’t wait to cry hideous tears of joy that will be borderline uncomfortable for everyone else on Audrey and Kit’s big day.

Billy Bosch

Billy Bosch man. A legend in the making. You'll say you knew him when. Don't let the Eric Bana from Troy look fool you, he's smart as hell. Billy was there for Kit’s steps into manhood. “I wouldn't have been so successful in my career if I didn't get the opportunities that Billy afforded me.” He also gave Kit the second greatest love in his life after Audrey...kitesurfing. Bill broke Kit out of his shell in a lot of ways. He was there for Kit’s first skydive, first music festival, first Bahamas trip, and first strip club LOL. He sponsored Kit on the Collegiate Kitesurfing Tour while at UCF. “No matter how different our personalities are or how far our lives fork from each other we will always be tight.”

Alexis Larrea

When asked about how Alexis would describe herself she insisted, "I don't know how to put this, but I'm kind of a big deal. People know me. I'm very important. I have many leather-bound books and my apartment smells of rich mahogany." Enough said, Alexis, enough said.

Adam Fricke

Kit has Adam to thank for his love of the water and appreciation of beach life. They met in a summer class before high school and became friends during Jimmy Lane Surf Camp. Adam and Kit were always dreaming, and still are. “I hung out with Adam cause I thought he was cooler than me and I'd hoped it would rub off.” From scoring drunken death bomb waves in Nicaragua together and picking guitars to watching each other grow in their own unique ways, Adam and Kit have a fond respect for each other. A respect that only grows from so many experiences shared.

Rachel Lebar

When Rachel and Audrey met in their sorority, they knew immediately that they had to become big and little. They had so much in common, and they made each other laugh so much whenever they were together. However, Audrey pranked Rachel by making her think she didn’t even qualify for a little because she was out of town that weekend. Rachel thinks that Kit’s prank engagement with losing the ring was long time karma coming back to Audrey for pranking her so many years ago! But just like Audrey and Rachel as big and little, it is clear that Audrey and Kit are a perfect match as a couple, and not only do they also have a lot in common, but it is clear they will continue to make each other laugh every day too.

John Harbuck

“Hahahaha where the hell do I start with John.” John's the happiest dude. Always up for going to the ends of the earth when it comes to conversation. He brings a playful and outgoing energy to the room that is irreplaceable. “Cheers buddy, I'm glad you're an integral part of my life.”

Alahna Shayji-Kindred

Audrey and Alahna were a match made in heaven. Literally. They both didn't want to go to UCF without having at least one roommate they knew so they both signed up for a roommate matching service and immediately bonded over their interest of music festivals. Despite living in different countries, things always pick back up with Audrey and Alahna as if they were still living in Lake Claire. When Audrey first mentioned Kit, it was clear she had found someone who would be down to be silly whenever the time called for it (which is every possible moment).

Pat Ayres

Groomsman

"...if you've met him you won't be able to forget about the long hair or the quick wit." Patrick Ayers and Kit have been friends since Kit moved beach side. A chance meeting at the Supervillains concert in a smoky, hole in the wall bar turned into a lifelong friendship. "All eyes on Pat Ayers & Billy during the ceremony. The two are most likely to shed a tear."

Rob Novo

"I just want to be like Rob when I grow up." The two were introduced when Rob caught the kitesurfing bug. Kit was Rob's instructor and they became friends after kiting together all the time. Kite sessions always ended with Rob's collection of delicious craft beers. Now Kit can't drink anything other than locally crafted new england IPAs. As an experienced cyclist, he is now helping Kit train for the Melbourne Beach Pineapple Man Sprint Triathalon.
