We met on the Jewish dating app JSwipe in November of 2018. After one day of talking, we had our first date at a Japanese restaurant. After discovering a mutual love of traveling, exploring different cultures, and all things Ancestry.com, we started our relationship.

On October 17, 2021 we went to the American Museum of Natural History. After exploring for a few hours we decided to enjoy the weather and take a stroll through Central Park. Eventually we came to Turtle Pond and went down to a beautiful little spot on the water where Justin got down on one knee and asked Jamie to marry him! Needless to say...she said YES!
