WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Answer

Formal attire. We kindly request guests to dress in elegant attire to enhance the overall ambiance of the celebration. We suggest that men wear a suit and tie and women formal evening dresses, or dressy cocktail dresses.

WILL THERE BE ANY VEGAN, GF, OR VEGETARIAN OPTIONS?

Answer

If you have a food allergy, please let us know prior to the wedding so we can plan accordingly. We will do our best to accommodate all dietary restrictions and will include a vegetarian entree option.

ARE KIDS ALLOWED?

Although we love your little ones, this is an adult only event. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

TRANSPORTATION SERVICES?

Shuttle bus will be available to and from the hotel to the venue. Sonesta to The Surf club 5:45 PM - 6:00 PM The Surf Club to Sonesta 11:00 PM & 12:00 AM

WHAT TIME DOES CEREMONY START?

Answer

The ceremony will commence at 4 PM, and we kindly ask our guests to arrive a little earlier to ensure a prompt start.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE CEREMONY?

Answer

After the ceremony, the wedding party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests reserving a room in our hotel block, may utilize this time gap to do your check ins at the hotel. Shuttle buses will be ready at a specific time to take our guests to the reception, where cocktail hour will begin at 7pm.

IS THERE PARKING FOR THE CEREMONY OR RECEPTION?

Answer

Yes, there is a parking lot across from the church as well as street parking. The Surf Club provides valet parking on site.
