Things To Do While In Town

The Wedding Website of Fiona Zimmer and Trevor Herritt
We're very excited for you all to join us in Salt Lake City this summer. We'd love to share some of our favorite places and experiences with you. You really can't go wrong with any of these options, and of course, you can always ask us for a more curated list.
Red Butte Garden and Arboretum

Red Butte Garden and Arboretum

300 Wakara Way, Salt Lake City, UT 84108

We love visiting and walking the arboretum, especially during this part of the year. The rose garden and wisterias should be in full bloom the weekend of the wedding.

Natural History Museum of Utah

Natural History Museum of Utah

301 Wakara Way, Salt Lake City, UT 84108

Just south of Red Butte Garden is an amazing natural history museum with fun exhibits and dino fossils. We come here probably twice a year.

Pioneer Park Farmer's Market

Pioneer Park Farmer's Market

350 S 300 W, Salt Lake City, UT

A wonderful farmers market in downtown SLC. Catch it the day before the wedding on Saturday from 8 am - 2 pm. Prime time for seeing all the vendors is between 10 am - 12 pm.

Red Iguana

Red Iguana

736 West North Temple Street, Salt Lake City, UT 84116
, (801) 322-1489

Excellent Mexican food with award winning mole dishes. They were also featured on Diners Drive-Ins and Dives!

Eggsburgh

Eggsburgh

110 West Broadway, Salt Lake City, UT 84101

One of our favorite breakfast places in town. Fiona's favorite is the red velvet french toast.

Sugar House Coffee

Sugar House Coffee

2011 South 1100 East, Salt Lake City, UT 84106

Located in SLC's charming sugarhouse neighborhood. A great place for good coffee along with a quick breakfast or lunch.

If you intend to prolong your stay in Utah, consider driving south and seeing one or more of Utah's five incredible national parks: Arches, Canyonlands, Capitol Reef, Zion, and Bryce Canyon. Fiona have I been to all except for Arches and would highly recommend Capitol Reef and Canyonlands!
