They say you never know when you’ll meet your soulmate. We knew of each other in high school. She moved to Colorado and I went to college. When she came back to attend college we met again, honestly, met for the first time. Our first date began with a six-hour conversation in a fraternity house followed by a movie. We both felt it, something between us, it grew and here we are today.

She thought it was just a spring break trip. I had other plans. I had picked out a ring over a year prior and had finally purchased it. At the top of Seven Falls, a place called Inspiration Point I told her I wanted to make her happy every day for the rest of our lives. She didn’t expect it, despite many close calls of my plan being revealed. I hope to not only make her happy every day, but to keep surprising her as often as I can.
