John and Hannah met at a dive bar in Hammondsport, New York following a wedding John had attended. Hannah was living there and working at her family's business and attending college. This was also the same night Hannah met Muppet for the first time!

The couple became "official" on Hannah's birthday after someone asked who everyone was at her birthday outing. This forced them into the cliche "what are we?" discussion. They spent the next couple of months commuting back and forward to see each other on weekends when they could.

The couple found out that Hannah was pregnant with their daughter, Sevina.

Hannah left her apartment in the Finger Lakes to live with John and Muppet where they would create their first home together in Rochester, NY.

John proposed to Hannah on Mother's Day in 2025. He had Sevina give her mother the ring while she was planting a new garden at their Rochester home. It was a very sweet and intimate proposal.

Hannah graduated college with honors thanks to the amazing support system from John and both of their parents.
