Your kids are more than welcome at all of the events. Please ensure your RSVP is reflective of your total guest count and include ages of the children attending.
We will not be providing transportation, but both hotels in our block are within walking distance of the wedding venue. Uber and Lyft are readily available in the city should you need it for the Welcome Party.
For the Hilton, there is $10/day parking, which is a short 4-5 minute walk to the wedding venue. A few hotels in the area have free parking. If free parking is a priority for your party, our room block at The Hampton Inn is a great option as they also offer free shuttle services to and from the airport in Rochester.

You can use the RSVP portal here on the site under the "RSVP" tab. To use this feature: 1. Click the tab and type in your name to find your party. 2. Indicate whether or not each person in your party will attend the event on the screen, select meal preferences if applicable for the event, and notate any dietary restrictions if applicable. 3. Ensure that you "Submit All" at the end of the forum. We have also mailed traditional invites with RSVP cards and return envelopes. If RSVPing by mail, please have them post marked by July 22nd.
