Alex will tell you that we met at Whole Foods after having rescued a puppy from a burning building. And, while this story is incredibly cute & definitely happened, this was after we started dating. Alex & I first “met” on Jswipe, the dating app for members of the tribe. We matched, he sent me a sweet thougthful message, and our first date was a few weeks later. He chose the place; The Other Room, a romantic cozy hip bar in the West Village. We clicked immediately, talked for hours, & have been inseparable since. And, as the saying goes, the rest is history!
