Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the Venue?

Answer

Yes! A shuttle will be available between the hours of 3:30 & 5:30 and again between 9:45 & 11:45 to shuttle between the venue and the Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites. Please indicate if you would like to use the shuttle on your RSVP. Hours: 3:30pm-5:30pm 9:45pm-11:45pm

Please dress in semi-formal or dressy casual attire.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Best to be early than late! We would love it if everyone was seated by 1:20 pm.

What type of ceremony will it be?

Answer

We are celebrating our union with a full nuptial mass in the Catholic church. This ceremony will take an hour to complete. We invite all Catholics to join us in receiving Mass during this ceremony. For all non-catholics, we would love to have you witness this sacred moment, but we ask that you do not take part in receiving communion during the Mass.

Can I bring a gift to the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that all gifts be brought to the venue. If you are only planning on attending the ceremony at the church, please find one of the ushers, and they will direct you to a spot where it can be left. We are doing this due to incidences that are happening within this city.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Please do not show up with a plus one without contacting Jennifer. If you would like to add people to your invitation, please contact Jennifer or Charles.

Are kids welcome?

Yes! We would love to have everyone be a part of our special day, including kids.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please contact Jennifer or Charles regarding allergies or special diets. We plan on having a Buffet line of food.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

There are multiple hotels within a 15 min radius of the Venue, please see Travel section for more information. Only ONE hotel will be providing a shuttle service to the Venue.

Is there parking for the Ceremony or Reception?

Answer

There are numerous parking spaces available for the ceremony at the church, with designated handicapped parking. The venue also offers parking, although it's limited, so we suggest carpooling or taking the shuttle from the hotel to the venue.
