Ithaca Falls
Ithaca Falls is one of our favorite waterfalls to visit in Ithaca. Take the short hike from the parking lot and enjoy this beautiful place where we took some of our engagement photos.
Taughannock Falls
Just a short drive out of the city will bring you to the tallest waterfall in NY State. This is another one of our favorite waterfalls in Ithaca. Take the 3/4 mile hike to the base, or just drive up to the overlook to see this beautiful place where we spent a lot of time. Please note that there will be a small fee to park in the state park to hike to the base of the falls.
Ithaca Commons
Check out downtown Ithaca's main walkable strip of local shops and restaurants. This strip is closed to vehicles, so park in one of the garages around the area or find street parking. A few of our favorite restaurants in this area are The Ithaca Ale House, Viva Taqueria & Cantina, and Collegetown Bagels.
Stewart Park
Make your way down to Cayuga Lake, one of NY's famous finger lakes to enjoy some time by the water. This park is a great place to relax on a beautiful summer day.
