You are welcome to book for both nights or just Saturday night. To book with our reduced rate, please call the hotel and request to book a room in the Hoffmann/Whaley Wedding Room Block. You can also book at this link: https://reservations.travelclick.com/13066?groupID=3195364 The Hotel asks that you please make your reservation as soon as possible or before May 5, 2021 to qualify for the reduced rate and reserve your room(s). This hotel is about 20 minutes from our venue. Check in is after 3:00pm and check out is at 12:00pm.
Shuttle
June 5, 2021 3:45 pm - 11:00 pm
We have organized a shuttle service to transport guests to and from the Lord Thompson Manor properties and the Southbridge Hotel. Services will begin one hour and 15 min before the ceremony, with three shuttles leaving the hotel at 3:45pm, 4:10pm, and 4:30pm. Please note that the last shuttle leaves from the hotel at 4:30 PM! Look for a white shuttle van parked out front of the hotel lobby. Shuttles will go until the end of the evening to bring guests back to the Hotel or Manor properties, leaving every 25-30 minutes or as needed.
