Question

Can I RSVP online or do I have to mail in the RSVP card?

Answer

We invite you to RSVP online via the 'RSVP' tab above and all the way to the right on the Navigation Banner! You can also scan the QR code on your invite RSVP card and it will take you to the main page where you will type in your name, and select which of your guests will be attending. Should you wish to mail in the RSVP card sent with the invitation, please: -Review the (#)number of guests allotted to your party -Select whether you are able to attend via the two bubble options Accept/Decline -Write the names of you and your guest on the designated line -Then simply place your response card in the pre-stamped/addressed enveloped, remove the sticky backing to seal the envelope, and post!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP as early as possible! We want to make sure to provide all total numbers to vendors by a specific date. Please RSVP by October 19th at the absolute latest! This can be done by mail card, but also online! RSVPing online is easy and makes sure all of you and your guests are accounted for.

Are the ceremony and reception in the same location?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony and reception will take place in the same location, and in consecutive timing. There will be a social cocktail hour with bar services and passed appetizers to bridge the timing between Ceremony and Reception.

What is the address of the venue, and is it wheelchair accessible?

Answer

The address of our Venue is: Solarium by Watermark Brewing Company 2688 Kimmel St, Stevensville, Michigan 49127 and Yes! The entire venue is wheelchair accessible as it is all one level from parking lot, to entrance, to main venue floorplan and restrooms.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

If you know me well (Syd) then you know that I love being early. "If I'm right on time, I'm late!". Please be sure to allow yourself a good amount of time to travel to the venue. Our event will take place on Eastern Standard Time(EST) zone in SW Michigan. For many of you, that would mean leaving your homes an hour earlier than you would if it were same time zone! Please arrive no earlier than a half hour before the ceremony (4:30 EST).This will ensure that you have enough time to park, find your seats, and relax before the ceremony begins! Any earlier and we might still be setting up and taking photographs.

Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

We would love an outdoor ceremony, however November weather is unexpected! The current plan is to have the ceremony indoors in the main event space. On the off chance it is a beautiful day, be prepared to be outside! In this region we have definitely had sunny 65 degree days in November before!

Can I take and post pictures on social media?

Answer

For our ceremony, we are going UNPLUGGED. Please do not take any photos with personal devices during the ceremony. We hope you choose to be truly present with us during this special moment of our lives. This moment will also be heavily captured by our amazing photographer and we will share the photos with you! Please, as we do not want phones or cameras visible in these shots. For every moment after the ceremony, ABSOLUTELY! Please help us share the love and tag us in all of your photos on Instagram and Facebook with #FinallyTheFulks! There will also be a QR code on-site that you can scan to upload photos directly to a shared photo album, where we can look at all of your photos the following morning - as husband and wife!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. The venue has limited space and your invite states the number of seats reserved for you and your guest(s)! Please respect our wishes and only bring guests if you have the designated seats available. Thank you!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love all of the children in our lives, the only children at our wedding will be those in the wedding party. We have elected for our wedding to be an Adults-Only (16+ older) event and hope that this will give all our guests the opportunity to celebrate and relax on our special day. Thank you for understanding!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal - we absolutely love and appreciate a good red carpet moment (you do you, we are ALL for it!), however any sort of dress suit, jumpsuit, or dress will be perfect. We want you to be comfortable! If you need help deciding- neutral earthy colors and textured attire would suit the venue well! Please avoid any denim/jeans, or shorts, if possible.

Does your wedding have a theme?

Answer

Although there is no concrete theme, inspiration for our decor comes from Romantic Literature. You can expect to see some of our favorites things throughout our wedding; earthy textures and metals, moody lighting, beer and plants!

Is there a preferred hotel / hotel block reserved for guests?

Answer

There are numerous lodging options within 5 minutes of our venue along Interstate 94, towards St. Joseph, MI. We have reserved a block of rooms at: Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott St. Joseph Stevensville 4408 Red Arrow Highway, Stevensville, MI 49127 (269) 429 - 1111 Please make your reservation by 10/15/2024 and refer to the Cooley & Fulk Wedding

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely, we want everyone to feel comfortable and enjoy the evening! Please let us know directly of any food allergies or requests, and we will make sure to let the vendor know.
