We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This just means we are asking that all phones and devices be put away and on silent/turned off during the ceremony. Why? Well, we've hired a professional to capture some of the most important moments of our lives, and we'd hate to have a well-meaning person's phone/device blocking that moment for him to capture. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos as you want! And we promise to share the ceremony photos as soon as we get them.
We have a cash donation registry on Zola if you would like to contribute to our “Renovation” fund on our first home! Otherwise, we are registered on Amazon and here on Zola. Click the "registry" link to access both. :)
Yes! There will be parking at the venue and the venue will either pick you up at your car or you’ll have a short walk.
The ceremony will start at 5pm. You should arrive at 4:30pm so you have plenty of time to park, find your seats, and settle in.
Be a little more spiffy than usual if you wish, but please, dress comfortably :) It is June, after all! We do suggest lawn friendly footwear.
We request that any additional desired guests not addressed on the invitation envelope are confirmed with the bride or groom prior to the wedding date.
Absolutely! We love kiddos. We do request that any children and other guests not originally addressed on the invitation be verified with the bride or groom prior to the wedding day.
We'll provide a selection of beer, red, and white wines (as well as multiple non-alcoholic options). We only ask that you please tip your bartender!
The farewell will take place at 10:00pm.
Our #1 priority is having our guests avoid unsafe situations. In having a semi open bar, we ask that you please know your limits. However, mistakes happen! Luckily, we have Uber and Lyft. Please see a member of the wedding party if you feel like you need help finding a safe way home.
