Fifth Avenue
5th Avenue shopping flea market is a 30 minutes taxi ride from Grand Oasis Tulum. Any shopping you could want to do while in Mexico this is the place for it! From Nike, Sunglass Hut, Coach, to the local vendors who sell talavera art, hammocks, bracelets, and shot glasses. Anything you could think of, it can be found here.
Xcaret
A fun and wonderful experience to be had for all ages. Your admission into the park pays for you to see unique animals such as jaguars and tigers, butterfly exhibits, bird sanctuary, manatees and sting rays, (which there’s an option to go swimming with!).You have the option to stay and experience the Mayan ritual that happens every night as well.
Tulum
Tulum is known for the Mayan Ruins. You are able to take a guided tour through the ruins and in the Chichen Izta you are able to still climb the ruins, unlike the rest of the locations. Next to the ruins there is the most amazing beach and overlook point for fantastic pictures. The snorkeling is phenomenal if far enough out. Walk along this beach and you’ll find plenty of beach side bars with hammocks and good time to found.
Xel-ha 24
A sister resort to Xcaret, this is just a tad more adult like with features of zip lining, snorkeling, cenotes, floating bridge, and being surrounded by the jungle that is Riveria Maya!
