SHUTTLES FOR WEDDING

September 13, 2025 2:00 pm - 12:00 am

The ceremony starts at 4pm and hotel check in is around 3pm for those arriving on Saturday. We’d recommend calling and seeing if there’s an earlier check in time as the shuttle schedule is below. You are more than welcome to drive to the venue, and leave your car there overnight. Shuttle #1: 2:00 PM – Pick up at Country Inn & Suites By Radisson 2:15 PM – Pick up at Holiday Inn Express 2:40 PM – Drop off at Ivy Black (Venue) Shuttle #2: 2:55 PM – Pick up at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson 3:10 PM – Pick up at Holiday Inn Express 3:30 PM – Final drop off at Ivy Black (Venue) This is the last shuttle before the ceremony. You are welcome to drive to the venue, but all cars must be gone by 9am the next morning. Evening – Return Shuttles (From Ivy Black to Hotels) 8:25 PM – First shuttle departs IVY Black if anyone wants to go back early. 9:25 PM – Second shuttle departs Ivy Black Drop-off at Holiday Inn Express. Then Continue Drop-off at Radisson 10:25 PM – Third shuttle departs Ivy Black Drop-off at Holiday Inn Express Then continue drop off at Radisson Shuttle will return to venue for final trip. 11:20 PM – Final shuttle departs Ivy Black Drop off bridal party at airbnb: Drop-off at Holiday Inn Express Then Continue Drop off at Radisson.

Hello friends & family! There are two hotels in the travel section that people are booking at. They’re both down the street from each other. The Holiday Inn has a 10% discount but no blocks and the Country Inn & Suites has 15 rooms blocked. Please pick whichever one you’d prefer to stay at :)

Canal Park

There are many great hotels in Canal Park if you’re wanting to stay by Lake Superior. If you’re coming to Duluth for the weekend & would love to stay elsewhere you’re more than welcome. Just know the shuttle will not go to Canal Park/Downtown Duluth.
