What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that all guests arrive at least 15 minutes before the ceremony. The bar will be open before the ceremony if you wanted to come a little bit early and enjoy a cocktail.

Is There Parking For The Ceremony & Reception?

Answer

Yes, there is ample parking at the venue! Your car can stay over night, but please make sure it’s picked up by 9:00am the following morning. There will be a shuttle for those staying at the 2 hotels in the travel section.

Can I Bring A Date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests that are included on your invitation. If you received a plus one, they would appear under your name when you RSVP.

Are Kids Welcome?

As much as we love your little ones, this will mostly be an adult only event. We hope you can enjoy a parents night out!

RSVP confirmation through wedding site or text Erica by August 1st at the latest.

What is for dinner? What if I have allergies?

Answer

Dinner will be buffet style: - Pesto chicken & Swedish meatballs with garlic mashed potatoes, green beans, side salad and a dinner roll. Late night snack will be pizzas. Please reach out to Jack if you have allergies and will do our best to accommodate.

Is there a shuttle?

Yes there is! Please see the schedule below for shuttle times to and from the hotel. Afternoon | Guest Pick-Up (Before Ceremony at Ivy Black) Shuttle #1: 2:00 PM – Pick up at Country Inn & Suites By Radisson 2:20 PM – Pick up at Holiday Inn Express 2:40 PM – Drop off at Ivy Black (Venue) Shuttle #2: 3:00 PM – Pick up at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson 3:15 PM – Pick up at Holiday Inn Express 3:35 PM – Final drop off at Ivy Black (Venue) ** This is the last shuttle before the ceremony. You are welcome to drive to the venue, but all cars must be gone by 9am the next morning. Evening – Return Shuttles (From Ivy Black to Hotels) 8:25 PM – First shuttle departs Ivy Black | (If no guests board at this time wait til second shuttle) 9:25 PM – Second shuttle departs Ivy Black | Drop-off at Holiday Inn Express | Then continue to Radisson 10:25 PM – Third shuttle departs Ivy Black | Drop-off at Holiday Inn Express | Then continue to Radisson | Shuttle will return to venue for final trip. 11:20 PM – Final shuttle departs Ivy Black | Drop-off at Holiday Inn Express | Then Radisson Shuttle service concludes just before midnight.
