Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens
Make a reservation for lunch or dinner in the main restaurant and enjoy Matt’s favorite True Craft Burger and Fear Movie Lions DIPA or Mel’s favorite Fruity Goat Salad and Buenaveza Lager. We also recommend checking out their beautiful one-acre garden where you can grab a pint or glass of wine and relax in the lounge chairs by the pond. Fun Fact: That large building just north of Stone is the hospital where Melanie works!
Little Miss Brewing Tasting Room
This is one of our all-time favorite breweries and they have six locations spread out over San Diego. Each is themed for a different ally from World War II with the Escondido location being the Soviet Union. Stop in and find a photo of Matt and our dog Scout on the wall!
Burger Bench
The best burgers around! We recommend the Sunrise Burger and the Truffle Tots. This is on the main street of Grand Ave where you can find many places to enjoy day or night.
Sky Deck
This awesome spot is walking distance from our condo. On weekends you can find us eating around the fire pits or enjoying a beer on the patio. All under one roof, this unique gastronomic destination houses nine innovative restaurants, a central cocktail bar, and three local breweries. Check out Marufuku for some amazing ramen or enjoy the sunset view with some of our favorite brewtenders on the top deck!
