Aaron and I understand and appreciate that most of you are traveling quite the distance to be here to celebrate our special day. We have done some of the research for you to make it easier. We hope it helps! We have blocked out a couple days at Emerald Forest, it is limited, so if you can't book at Emerald Forest then we added some other ideas where you may be able to book at.

We have blocked out all cabins (except SU), RV sites, and Tent sites for the day of the wedding, August 19th. Even though we have blocked out those sites, it is your responsibly to book your own cabin, tent or RV site if you plan to stay before August 19th or if you plan to stay the whole weekend. Darlene (mother of bride) as pre-paid for the night of the wedding and you will need to reimbursed her. The rest of each site booked will be paid directly to Emerald Forest. Kids under 2 are not charged. Kids 2 and above will by charged by Emerald Forest as a guest and will be counted as a person in the cabin sleeping capacity.
