When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP as soon as possible. Due to the venue being very limited on the amount of guests we can have, if you are unable to make it there are others who would like to come and we would like to extend the invitation to them if a spot is available. Deadline to RSVP is AUGUST 1ST

Question

Where is everyone staying?

Answer

We are starting to book our reservations in Carbondale, CO. Carbondale is much more cost effective than Aspen or Snowmass and is only 30 minutes from these towns, and Glenwood Springs. It is about 1 hour away from the venue.

What if I can't attend?

Answer

That's totally okay! We will also be sending out a Zoom Invitation to anyone who would like to attend the ceremony from their home!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress code is whatever you would like! We do highly recommend wearing close toed shoes and not wearing heels as this venue is outside.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately at this time, we are not allowing plus ones that are not already on the guest list due to the venue being limited on how many guests can attend.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We are booking a few houses from Sept 6th -Sept 9th. Please stay tuned for updates on these locations. These locations will be first come first serve, and the price will most likely be between 50-100/night. If you need or would like to find your own lodging and would like to stay close by to everyone else, we will be staying in Carbondale, CO.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Due to the environmental restrictions to our venue, there will only be up to 5 vehicles allowed. We will be contacting the city of Aspen to request a bus rental to take everyone up there if we feel a sufficient amount of people will be attending. Please stay tuned for updates!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will not be transportation from the homes booked in Carbondale, however, the city of Aspen does have a bus route that goes to the venue.
