And there is nobody else that she would rather have by her side.

Dan has been Derrick's "brother from another mother" since 6th grade. Their friendship started while dominating the handball courts of Glenview Elementary. Whether it was a music show, working on cars, or hitting the gym...they did everything together. They love trash talking, but will always have each other's back.
Mai
Matron of Honor
Mai O Mai. These two clicked since day one, at a house party 16 years ago. They share the same soul, and have been best friends since. Their love for partying and peer pressuring their friends to drink has made them a great duo. They love having a good time everywhere they go, and will most likely still be partying well into their 80s.
Grant
Groomsman
They met while working valet at the Hyatt Irvine, and bonded over the love of sports. When Grant started dating Christina, they became even closer with double dates and Sunday Fundays. Grant is one of the most thoughtful guys you'll meet, and now that he's engaged to Christina, the bride and groom couldn't be more thrilled for him to join the family.
Maria

These two met working in the wedding industry. Aside from being each other's half, designing weddings together and being industry besties, when they're together, they will laugh until they literally cry. There is nothing they can't joke about. Maria has a huge heart with a witty sense of humor, and the ability to find the funny side in every situation.
Anthony
Groomsman
These two also met working valet at the Hyatt Irvine. Their friendship started when Derrick overheard Anthony talking about a rave and realized they had much more in common. They have since gone to many clubs and music festivals together and share the same sense of humor. These two have 15+ years of stories and funny moments they can recall and laugh about until this day.
Dzien
Bridesman/Groomsman
Thu and Dzien met after working a wedding together, and soon after shared a studio. He was later introduced to Derrick. Little did they know, they would all soon become very close friends with their shared love for music (mainly music for Dzien and Derrick, and partying for Thu) This dynamic was the start of a beautiful friendship that led to many music festivals, clubs, and parties until the wee hours.
Chris
Groomsman
Thu introduced these two when Chris was looking for someone to play on his hockey team. As luck would have it, Derrick would later become a part of Chris' design team at work. It ended up being the perfect scenario, for when they both happen to call out "sick" from a night of partying. The bride and groom takes full credit for the party animal they've created. They have plans to take their fun international once traveling resumes.
Roberta

Berta is that friend that always looked out for everyone else first. They met in college when the bride asked "why are you being so nice?" after Berta tried to help her get into an already packed class without even knowing her. They would stay up late in design studio for days to work on their projects, not knowing that all those time spent in junior and senior studio would eventually forever bond them.
David
Groomsman
For the better part of a decade, David and Derrick hung around the same groups of people but somehow never met. They finally met through a business venture and spent many late nights shooting content in random places all over SoCal. David has since moved down the street from Derrick, and Derrick has now become the recipient of David's late night booty calls.
Susan

They met when Susan came over to Derrick's apartment for a party. Well, they actually never met that night because the bride was passed out drunk. Birds of a feather flock together, because Susan was also passed out drunk in the same room that night. Who knew they would become such good friends afterwards. Susan remains her downest friend today who can outdrink her any day of the week, even on Facetime.
Allena

Sister to the Groom and the person behind their Love Story. They have her to thank, because if it wasn't for Allena, the bride and groom would've never realized their feelings for each other. And for that, they will always be thankful. She's the real MVP.
Duy

Thu and Duy met while freelancing for a wedding floral company in Irvine. They instantly clicked, and have since then become floral besties. He is one of the most loyal, dependable, and (brutally) honest friend anyone could ask for . The bride couldn't be more honored to have him help her with the flowers on the most important day of her life.
