FAQs

Question

Can I RSVP online or do I have to mail in an RSVP card?

Answer

We invite you to RSVP online by scanning the QR code on your invitation. To help us plan our intimate wedding, we kindly request that you only select "Yes" if you are certain you can attend. If your plans are uncertain, please choose "No" to ensure we can accurately manage our guest list.

Question

What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly request that all guests RSVP by August 30, 2026. To help us finalize our wedding arrangements, please respond promptly if you can or cannot attend. We need an accurate headcount to manage catering and seating, so we appreciate your timely response. While we understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, advance notice is crucial. Please note that only guests who have RSVP'd will be able to attend the wedding.

Question

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes, our venue is fully wheelchair accessible, ensuring that all of our guests can comfortably and easily navigate the space.

Question

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will unfold against the breathtaking backdrop of a lush vineyard, with our reception continuing in a sophisticated indoor space that perfectly complements the natural beauty of our wedding day.

Question

Answer

We love your children, but due to space restrictions, we cannot accommodate guests under age 21 on our wedding day.

Answer

We recommend arriving at the ceremony venue by 3:30 pm. The doors will open at 3:15 pm, giving you ample time to find your seat before our ceremony begins promptly at 4:00 pm. Early arrival ensures a smooth and relaxed start to our special day.

Question

Is there parking available near your wedding venue(s)?

Answer

Yes, our venue offers approximately 70 parking spaces. We kindly encourage guests to carpool when possible to help manage parking availability.

Question

What's the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

Our wedding will be semi-formal, and we kindly request that guests dress in polished, elegant attire that complements our wedding's sophisticated aesthetic. We suggest light, neutral tones such as champagne, ivory, soft white, taupe, beige, khaki, light gray, and soft metallic shades. Please note that wedding party colors are reserved. While jackets and ties are optional, we ask that guests avoid all-black outfits. White attire is welcome.

Question

Am I allowed to bring a plus-one?

Answer

Our wedding will be an intimate celebration with our closest friends and family. The guests invited are specifically named on your invitation, and we kindly ask that you respect our guest list as it is. We appreciate your understanding as we aim to create a meaningful and personal experience with those who know us best.

Question

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

Answer

We kindly ask that you keep our wedding "unplugged" and refrain from taking any photos or videos at our wedding. We want our guests to truly be in the moment with us during this special day. But, photos and videos are welcomed at the reception.

Question

What would be a good wedding gift?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the most cherished gift we could receive. If you feel moved to give something additional, we are deeply grateful. Gift cards or cash would be especially helpful as we embark on home improvement projects and look forward to our upcoming Carnival cruise honeymoon.

Answer

We will share the complete address with confirmed guests after the RSVP deadline to ensure privacy and that only invited guests have access to the location details.
