What should I wear?
Answer
Our wedding will be semi-formal. We recommend cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, or suits. Feel free to have fun with colors and style—just be aware the bridesmaids are wearing eucalyptus green. We’d love to see some cowboy boots out on the dance floor—but no pressure! Come dressed in whatever makes you feel comfortable and ready to celebrate.

What’s the weather typically like this time of year?
Answer
Beechgrove in October is usually around 50–70°F. We recommend checking the forecast closer to the date and bringing a light layer just in case.

Can I bring a plus-one?
Answer
We’ve worked hard to create a guest list that fits our venue and vision. If your invitation includes a guest, it will be listed by name. If not, we hope you’ll still join us solo—we promise there will be great company!

Are kids welcome?
Answer
While we love all the little ones, unless your invite is addressed to the family, we ask that you leave your little ones at home.

What time should I arrive?

Please plan to arrive 15–20 minutes before the ceremony begins. We’ll be starting promptly at 4:00pm, and we wouldn’t want you to miss a moment!

Will there be transportation or parking?
Answer
Transportation will be provided from Embassy Suites Hotel to the venue. Please make sure you are ready for departure at 3:15 pm. Transportation will also be provided from the venue back to Embassy Suites, departing around 11:00 pm. If you choose to drive yourself, there is a large parking lot available for guests at the venue.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will be outdoors under a pavilion, and the reception will be indoors in a barndominium.

Where should we stay?
Answer
There are several great hotel options nearby, as well as a variety of Airbnbs for those who prefer something more private or homey. We recommend booking for Friday and Saturday to ensure you are able to check in before the wedding. Visit our “Travel” section for suggestions and links!
