The wait is over, wer're getting married!

It all began at a high school bonfire she was a sophomore, he was a freshman, and neither of them knew just how much that night would change their lives. What started as a spark between two teenagers quickly turned into a sweet and steady high school romance. Life, as it often does, took them on separate paths for a time. They spent a year apart, growing as individuals and finding their own ways, but love has a funny way of bringing people back together. Just before she left for her freshman year of college, their paths crossed again, and this time, it felt even more right. Their love grew stronger with distance, challenges, and time. They continued their journey in Iowa City, where they built a new chapter together and made many of their favorite memories. They both eventually earned their degrees and returned to their roots in Elgin but only for a little while. Soon after, they chased their dreams all the way to Nashville, ready to write their next chapter hand in hand. Then, on June 19, 2023, surrounded by the people who mean the most to them on the beautiful shores of Destin, Florida, he got down on one knee and asked her to be his forever. She said yes and the rest is just the beginning.
