The bride and groom want to celebrate your arrival by buying you a drink! Join us at Le Bistro and enjoy a cocktail and a light snack while getting to know your fellow wedding guests.

Dia de Los Muertos Parade

Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) is a beautiful Mexican tradition that honors and celebrates loved ones who have passed. It’s a vibrant, joyful time filled with music, marigolds, candles, and parades. Rather than mourning, it’s a celebration of life and memory. Our wedding takes place at the tail end of these celebrations We’d love for you to join us for the Día de los Muertos parade—a unique and unforgettable part of the weekend! We will take a short walk down the malecon leaving the lobby of Playa los Arcos hotel at 5:30. The walk will end at the the parades ending point, Los Arcos del Malecon (under 1 mile).

Our Wedding

2:45 pm - 11:30 pm

This event is Beach Formal. Think elegant yet relaxed—suits and dresses are welcome, but keep it simple and comfortable. We want everyone to look and feel their best, so please wear sensible footwear.

Our wedding will take place on a private beach, accessible only by boat. Once the boat departs, there will be no other way to reach the ceremony site — and we’d be heartbroken if you missed it! We recommend taking the shuttle from Playa Los Arcos Hotel to the Maritime Terminal (Puerto Mágico), where everyone will board the boat to our venue. The shuttle will leave at 3pm. This will be the easiest and most enjoyable way to travel together. If you prefer, you’re also welcome to arrange your own transportation directly to the Maritime Terminal no later than 4pm. Please note: the boat will depart promptly at 4:30 PM. Timeline- 2:45 -Meet in the lobby of Playa Los Arcos Hotel 3:00- Shuttle pick up at Playa Los Arcos Hotel 4:30- Boat leaves Maritime Terminal 5:30- Boat arrives at Las Caletas 6:00- Ceremony 6:20- Cocktail hour 7:20- Dinner 8:30- Reception 10:30- Boat departure from Las Caletas 11:30- Boat returns to Puerto Vallarta. The shuttle will return all to Playa Los Arcos Hotel
