We’re still finalizing the weekend’s events, but we’ve received a few questions about the best time to arrive in Puerto Vallarta. We recommend arriving no later than the morning of Saturday, November 1st, to ensure you don’t miss any of the festivities. The wedding will be the final event, so you’re free to head home on Tuesday.
Of course, if your schedule allows, we encourage you to extend your stay in Puerto Vallarta or explore the nearby beach towns to make the most of this beautiful destination.

Las Caletas Beach Hideaway
This event is Beach Formal. Think elegant yet relaxed—suits and dresses are welcome, but keep it simple and comfortable. We want everyone to look and feel their best, so please wear sensible footwear.
Please keep in mind our wedding will be held on a private beach. There will only be one boat on and off the beach. Please be sure to arrive on time—once the boat departs, there won’t be another way to reach the ceremony site, and we’d be heartbroken if you missed it! We will provide more details about the exact time of the boat and the location of the port as the big day approaches. All information will be updated on this website.
