Fly into SJD
You'll want to fly into Cabo San Lucas for our wedding. The airport code is SJD. It’s usually cheaper to book flights on Tuesdays, so keep your eyes peeled. You can also track flight patterns on Google and get alerts when your route drops in price! Todos Santos (ceremony spot) is about an hour and twenty minute drive north up the coast. Which brings us to a rental car :)

Rent A Car
We recommend getting a rental car for your convenience and enjoyment. Todos Santos is a small non-resort town, which means there will be little access to Uber or shuttles. BUDGET: Rental cars in Cabo are quite budget friendly compared to other areas, but be aware that most companies advertise a daily price without insurance, then require the purchase of insurance upon pickup (which can be about $20-30/day). For a general estimate, we just paid $150 for a 5 day rental. You can usually find a better deal by typing ".mx" after the website name (ex: enterprise.mx or sixt.mx). INFO: Rental car pickups at Cabo are off-airport so you will hop in a shuttle after landing. Bypass the salesmen trying to get you to get a rental car and walk out to the main area, on the left there are the rental car directors and they will tell you which shuttle to get into. Picking up a rental car in Cabo does take time, so plan on at 30 minutes to an hour or more for this process. *** You will need about $15 USD cash on you to cover the toll roads from Cabo to Todos Santos. They accept MXN Pesos and USD.

IMPORTANT INFO ABOUT WHERE TO STAY - There is ONE swimmable beach in the area (Los Cerritos). It is near the town El Pescadero and it is a 20 minute drive from Todos Santos. If you want to be closer to swimming in the ocean, we recommend getting a place in El Pescadero. If you would rather be closer to the hub of everyone and more restaurant options, we recommend staying in Todos Santos. The further north you go on the coast, the more privacy you will have.
