We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us for our big day! Semi-formal attire: think dressier than cocktail but not as dressy as black tie. Cocktail to floor length dresses for women and suits with tie optional for men!
No we don't have a room block, however the Hotel offers a discounted rate. You can receive this discounted rate only if you call to make your reservation and request the "Meeting/Event" room rate. 877-587-8013
Highs are usually in the low 70s and lows are in the high 30s. We are expecting that AZ sunshine (PNW fam and friends - leave the rain at home!) but make sure to check the weather a week or so before to be best prepared if you are traveling.
The ceremony will be outside and the reception will be indoors.
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!
We love your little ones! However, with our restriction on numbers we are unable to accommodate children outside of our immediate family in the wedding party. We hope you understand and can spend the evening with us as a date night!
The ceremony will start at 4:30, we ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to get to the rooftop and be seated.
Yes, the Hotel Valley Ho offers free valet, but cars that stay overnight will incur a charge.
We have a phenomenal photographer who is going to capture our ceremony and we will share the photos with you all after. We ask that you are fully present as we say "I do". After the ceremony please feel free to take all the photos and vids!
All good things must come to an end... the wedding will wrap up at 11pm at the venue!
