Flight
We recommend flying into Dublin. It is easy to get to the venue and/or other parts of Ireland from Dublin. We recommend flying in at least one day ahead of the wedding to account for delays, jet lag, etc. When you land in Ireland, you will be required to go through customs. There is no visa requirement to travel to Ireland. This can change though and we recommend checking www.travel.state.gov When flying to the US from Dublin, you will go through US Customs at the Dublin airport. Please allow extra time to get through customs. Additionally, once you are through US Customs there is limited food and drink options.
Rental Car
In Ireland, cars are typically manual. Specify in your rental if you prefer an automatic. The Irish drive on the left side of the road.
Hotel
This is where we will be having our welcome reception. If you are interested in staying the night of July 25 and July 26, please reach out to info@headfortarms.ie and book under the Trcka Ferris room block. The Headfort is about 15-20 minutes from the wedding venue.
