Hotel
We have arranged for a hotel room block for the weekend. The room block is available from Friday, 10/23/26 to Sunday, 10/25/26. The room block is available as long as there are rooms available at the hotel, and the room block closes on 9/24/26. The Double Tree has a restaurant and bar in the lobby - the perfect place to grab a light bite and some drinks before the party starts!
Shuttle
October 24, 2026 4:15 pm - 4:30 pm
Shuttles to the reception venue will be available to all guests who wish to use them! The shuttles will transport guests from the Double Tree hotel to the reception venue. The shuttles will also transport guests back to the hotel at the end of the night! Shuttles will be leaving the hotel at 4:15 pm & 4:30 pm.
