What is the wedding dress code?

Answer

Please feel free to come in your best summer "dressy casual" or get as formal as you'd like. All we ask is that no women wear any shade of blue or lilac

Will there be parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking. However, there will be a shuttle going back and fourth from the Hilton Garden Inn and the Hampton Inn Indiana, to the venue. It will start bringing people over to the ceremony site about 2 hours before the ceremony, and it will start taking people back to the hotel at the end of the night around 9:00 pm.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We’ve kept our guest list very tight with friends and family we couldn't do without on our special day and we already had to eliminate some people we would've loved to have included. So please check your invitation for whether or not you're invited to bring a guest. If you have any questions, feel free to ask us!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 3:00pm, so please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes early to ensure you’re settled in. We wouldn’t want you to miss a moment!

Are kids invited?

Answer

While we absolutely adore children, we’ve decided to make this immediate family kid event only. We appreciate your understanding.

Where is the wedding located?

Answer

The wedding will take place at Cherry Runn Lodge, located at 1925 Old Rte. 56 Hwy W. Homer City, PA 15748

What should I do if I have food allergies or dietary restrictions?

Answer

If you have any dietary needs, please text Brittany and let her know and we will make arrangements to accommodate them.

Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, our ceremony will be held outdoor at the venue. If it happens to rain, our ceremony will still be held at our venue, just moved to a covered area.

Is there a gift registry?

Answer

We are so grateful for your love and support, generosity and contributions! Yes, there is a registry linked on the Zola website under the registry tab.

What happens after the wedding ceremony

Answer

The ceremony will be directly followed by cocktail hour, dinner, dancing etc.

Are there hotels nearby

Answer

Yes! We’ve partnered with a few local hotels that offer discounted rates for our guests. Visit the “Accommodation” page for more details.

Are we allowed to leave our car parked at the venue over night?

Answer

Yes, you are able to leave your car parked at Cherry Runn Lodge overnight, we just ask that you pick it up promptly by 9:30am on Sunday June 28th.

Can I wait until it gets closer to the date to book my hotel room?

Answer

There is a big conference in town this same weekend so I would recommend trying to get your hotel booked as soon as possible to ensure availability.
